MAX Burgers

Our first project for MAX Burgers and their new interior concept is now in place at Gothenburg Central Station. Senab Concept has made the concept buildable, sustainable and repeatable – from construction and bespoke interiors to materials, logistics and installation. A first step in a collaboration where the same experience now continues in more locations.

At Gothenburg Central Station, MAX Burgers opened the first restaurant with their new interior concept – and the first visible step in our collaboration.

MAX’s interior concept has been carefully developed by their own interior architects, so Senab Concept’s role was to turn the concept into a buildable, sustainable, cost-efficient and repeatable solution. From there, we took full responsibility for the implementation – securing the right materials, construction, production, logistics and installation.

Throughout the project, there was close collaboration between MAX’s interior architects and our construction team, who together developed solutions for bespoke interiors and details that work both aesthetically and practically.

Solid wood, durable surfaces, customised seating and carefully selected furniture create a welcoming atmosphere and a sustainable restaurant environment built for many meals every day. The meeting between wood, tiles, metal and the brickwork of the Central Station gives the restaurant its own character – firmly rooted in MAX’s new expression.

The restaurant at Gothenburg Central Station marks the beginning of a collaboration where the same experience will continue in more locations.

The result is a complete delivery that makes the MAX visit even stronger for the guests who experience the environment and for the staff who work in it every day. For Senab Concept, the project shows the value of entering as an implementation partner when a concept needs to become reality with precision, pace and long-term value.

Happiness inside. That is what it says on MAX Burgers’ takeaway bags. And that is exactly how it feels when we see the result – a restaurant environment where concept, craft and everyday function come together in the same experience.
